Today's My Anniversary!

Today is my Anniversary! I have been married 44 years to a wonderful husband that I love more today than the day I married him. We have raised two girls and have been rewarded with 6 grandchildren, 5 boys and 1 girl. Just like any marriage we have had a few bumpy times but the ride was well worth the end. So today I celebrate the love that we have built over 44 years!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Since tomorrow will be a busy time for everyone, I want to take this time to wish everyone a Very Blessed Thanksgiving Day!!! Sometimes we take for granted all the blessing that God bestows upon us. So I hope everyone takes the time to give thanks and praise to God tomorrow for our nation being one of the most prosperous nations in the world. I know that we have our problems but we are still the best country in the world! I also hope everyone takes the time to say a prayer for all our soldiers that cannot be with their families tomorrow and their families for having and empty chair at the table. It is hard for families throughout the year when their loved ones are away from home serving our country but it is especially difficult during the holidays. And I want to personally thank our soldiers and their families for the sacrifices they make so that I can be safe and free! God Bless You ALL!!!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!!

First Craft Show

Well I had my first craft show today with Laura Kay and Bree and it was a BUST! Whoever put this together did no advertising so LK was just out the enrollment fee! There was maybe 20 to 30 customers all day! The sign at the road was so small we didn't even see it. LOL But whatever they say DO NOT believe Bree or Laura Kay if they tell you that I slept in the car the entire day.(HEE HEE) But we did have fun together so all in all it was worth it. You can never spend too much time with your family! Oh and don't forget the giveaway ends Sunday so if you haven't signed up be sure and head over to The Rusty Thimble to get the list of crafters donating the ornies! I Know, I'm Late But...

I know I'm late posting this but I just have to share this picture. These last two weeks have been a nightmare so I haven't been able to post. I love Halloween but never have trick or treaters. Well the doorbell rang and I bout jumped for joy thinking I had a trick or treater at last. I open the door and honestly did not know who it was until he spoke. It was my youngest brother Mike, (Britt's Dad) dressed up in a quilt.LOl Isn't he just toooo cute?

And then my niece surprised me with my grnaddaughter, greaat niece and great nephew. So since these were my only trick or treaters they racked up on candy! All three of these were just adorable.
Be sure and check back tomorrow for a giveaway post. Until next time...
