My Trick or Treater

I love Halloween. As a child that was one of our favorite holidays because we got loads of candy. We had one elderly lady who lined her dining table with any kind of candy you could think of. And I made a promise that when I got grown I would do the same thing.
Well it makes me sad that we have no kids in our neighborhood anymore so we get no trick or treaters.
Well Brittany went to a Halloween party and I forgot who she was but she came in with a wig.LOL So my DH decided to be my trick or treater. So he got the candy!LOL Isn't he cute!LOL

I hope all of you had a great Halloween with lots of trick or treasters.

Sometimes it's sad how time changes things. When Holly was small we had lots of kids who came for candy. I always did a Halloween cake and had cider for the parents who came around with them. The great room was full all evening and so much fun. We don't have any kids come around now and it's really sad on Halloween night. Just sit and think of all the good memories as Holly now a Mother herself takes her little one around for candy. Looks like you made your hubby a happy guy!
Have a great day.

That's a great color for your DH!! ;o) Love it!! Alas, we only had 4 trick or treaters (besides the great nieces/nephews who came a day earlier...) - but it's 4 more than we had last year....So, I'm taking it as a hopeful sign.... Happy Wednesday1 Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

It seems that everyone has had the same complaint. Either none or only a few trick or treaters. Your DH should be a red head, it's really his color.
