I am having two giveaways!
To honor our soldiers and their families for the sacrifices they make so that we may have freedom, the first giveaway is for soldiers and their families, both past and present, fallen or alive. I can never repay these soldiers or their families for all that they have and still do for this country but this is a small token of my appreciation. So for the first giveaway if you are a soldier or have an immediate family member who is now or has been in the military services, let me know in this post and you will have a chance to win this Betsy Mouse, The Star Spangled Banner Doll. This includes husband, wife, children, mother, father, sisters or brothers and grandchildren. There will also be a summer item in this giveaway but I haven't decided what I am going to make yet.LOL.
The second giveaway is for everyone. It will also be a Betsy Mouse, The Star Spangled Banner Doll and a summer item.
The rules are simple. All you have to do is be a follower of my blog and leave a comment on this post. Be sure and include if you get to enter for the military giveaway also.
For extra chances, do any of the following and let me know in this post which ones you have done.
Post this giveaway with a link back to my blog on your sidebar.

That gives you five chances and remember veterans and their families will be entered in both giveaways
The deadline for entries is June 24 and I will announce the winners on June 25. That should give plenty of time to get your package by July 4th.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for 40 years. We have 2 girls and 6 grandkids and 3 extended grandkids (2 nieces and 1 nephew). I love spending time with my family, sewing, woodcrafting, cooking, gardening and anything crafty. I have crafted for over 30 years doing everything from making dolls. macrame to cross stitching and have now developed a special love for primitive crafts. I enjoy making these crafts and thinking how it must have been in prairie days without all the luxuries that we have. So sit back and relax and enjoy my blog.
First, I would like to say that I am computer illiterate and without the help of a few good friends, I would not have been able to have this blog. I would like to thank Sage of Sagewood Farms for the many hours she spent teaching me how to open a blog. I would also like to thank Brenda from Hattie's Workshop for the awesome banner that she made me. I am grateful to Judy of Primfolks by Judy, Susan from Threadbare Primitives and Donna from Moonchild's Primitives for giving me permission to use the products that I have made from their patterns to display in my banner. And lastly, I would like to thank all my friends from Prim Sister's Talk Radio Gathering Room who have had the patience to teach me what all the computer language means and for giving me ideas on primitive creating. I have found that there are so many people in the primitive community that are willing to help beginners get started and for that I am very grateful. Thanks everone!
